Describe the business, who the agent will call, the reason for the call, the result you want, and any facts or promises the agent must avoid. Specific context gives the generator a better starting point.

Create an outbound appointment-setting script for a home services company. Confirm the caller's requested service, ask for their area, and offer a free survey. Never promise same-day service or quote a price that is not listed.

Generate and review

Keep the final prompt clear

AI generation creates a draft, not an approved policy. Make sure the agent identifies itself honestly, asks one question at a time, and has a clear response for opt-outs, requests for a person, and uncertain answers.
