## Before you call

Select the agent you want to test, enter a destination number you control, and check that the agent has a concise first message. Keep the test short so it is easy to compare with the resulting transcript and recording.

Select an agent and test destination before placing a monitored call.

## Listen for these details

- The complete opening message reaches the handset.
- The agent pauses after the greeting and waits for the caller.
- The caller can interrupt naturally without losing the agent's reply.
- The agent hears the caller clearly and responds to what was said.
- The call closes cleanly and leaves a call record for review.

## Review the result

1. **Open Call Logs** — Find the test by its time, destination, or agent.
2. **Compare the audio and transcript** — Check whether the transcript matches what you heard on the handset.
3. **Inspect status and outcome** — Confirm the call reached a completed or expected terminal state.
4. **Change one setting** — If audio or behavior failed, adjust one part and run another controlled test.

## If the call is silent or fails

Do not treat a successful browser playground test as proof that phone audio arrived. Compare what you heard on the handset with the call status, transcript, and recording. Follow the [silent-call troubleshooting guide](https://docs.callultra.com/documentation/call-troubleshooting) and keep one call ID for support.

## Quick Call limits

Quick Calls are designed for short, controlled tests. Use a number you control and review the previous call evidence before repeating a test. Your account may apply calling limits; check the current app response if a new call is refused.
