## Available integrations

| Category | Connections |
| --- | --- |
| CRM and lead sources | Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets |
| Calendars | Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly |
| Messaging | WhatsApp and SMTP email |
| Telephony | CallUltra numbers and supported bring-your-own-number setup |

## Connect a provider

1. **Open Integrations** — Choose the provider card you want to connect.
2. **Authorize the account** — Complete the provider's OAuth flow or enter the requested credential.
3. **Save the connection** — Choose any required account, calendar, or spreadsheet settings.
4. **Test the connection** — Use the provider's test action before connecting it to an active campaign.
5. **Run an end-to-end call** — Confirm context arrives before the call and the expected record is written afterward.

## Use integrations with an agent

Calendar actions can check availability and create bookings when a supported calendar is connected. CRM integrations can provide context and receive call outcomes. WhatsApp actions require a connected messaging provider and valid recipient details.

Connect available CRM and messaging services from the integrations area.

## Reconnect when access expires

If a provider revokes authorization, open its integration card and reconnect it. After reconnecting, test the action that your campaign depends on before resuming calls.
