## Choose the time window

Set the campaign timezone, active days, and permitted calling hours. When using the lead's local time rule, CallUltra uses the contact's resolved timezone to determine whether the campaign is inside its calling window.

Configure the days and times when a campaign may place calls.

## Control campaign pace

| Mode | Behavior |
| --- | --- |
| Sequential | Run a single call at a time for a more controlled launch. |
| Concurrent | Set the number of simultaneous calls and the calls-per-minute cap. |
| Maximum attempts | Limit repeated attempts when a contact does not connect. |
| Retry approval | Review retry candidates when a contact reaches the configured attempt limit. |

## Understand where schedules apply

> **Campaign schedules only:** Calling hours are enforced by the campaign queue. Quick Calls and API-initiated calls do not use the campaign calling window, so place those tests deliberately.
