## Read the dashboard

The analytics and dashboard areas summarize call volume, outcomes, and activity over time. Use account and agent views to compare performance and identify where a call flow needs attention.

Review campaign and call outcomes from the dashboard.

## Generate an AI insight

The AI insights view can summarize selected call metrics in plain language. Treat the summary as a pointer to investigate, then check the relevant call records, transcripts, and recordings before acting on it.

> **Use call evidence:** AI commentary summarizes the available metrics. It does not replace listening to calls or validating the underlying data.

## Review call quality

| Signal | What to inspect |
| --- | --- |
| Connection outcomes | Whether the intended audience is answering. |
| Call duration | Whether callers have enough time to explain the request. |
| Agent outcomes | Whether the recorded result matches the conversation. |
| Audio and transcript | Whether the agent and caller could hear and understand each other. |

## Improve one part of the flow

Use one repeated issue to guide the next change. Adjust the prompt, voice, source list, calling window, or integration, then run a Quick Call and compare the result.
